Privacy Notice

Information handled
The public contact form processes the name, organization, email address, inquiry category, and message a visitor chooses to submit. The protected workspace receives the verified email address and identity identifier supplied by Cloudflare Access. PMO Robotics may process workspace records, audit events, problem reports, and AI-chat messages submitted by authenticated users. Browser-only drafts remain in local storage unless a user separately submits or exports them.
Website analytics
PMO Robotics uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure privacy-oriented aggregate page views, visits, referrers, browsers, devices, countries, and performance. PMO Robotics does not add advertising trackers or use this data for cross-site behavioral profiles.
Payments
Stripe processes donations. PMO Robotics stores limited payment-event information needed to calculate funding totals, including transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency, and donor details supplied by Stripe. Do not submit sensitive government, medical, classified, export-controlled, or law-enforcement information.
Purpose and sharing
Information is used to secure and operate the workspace, respond to inquiries, maintain records, and improve PMO Robotics projects. Cloudflare processes site delivery, analytics, form storage, and contact-notification delivery. Stripe and configured AI providers process information when their respective features are used. PMO Robotics does not sell inquiry information or claim to be a government agency.
Retention and choices
Public contact submissions are scheduled to expire after 90 days and expired records are removed during subsequent form processing. Other records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, accounting, legal obligations, or documented project history. Access, correction, and deletion requests are reviewed subject to security, accounting, and legal retention requirements.
