Flagship research program

HALO Core

A constrained, non-invasive intent-communication research system for deliberately trained commands. It does not claim unrestricted thought reading, clinical efficacy, certification, or completed hardware.

The first credible goal

Determine whether a wearable eight-channel research prototype can classify a small set of trained commands under controlled conditions and translate them into bounded computer actions.

    Next build

Inactive fit model followed by a controlled electrical bench prototype.

Public evidence standard

What exists, what comes next, and what is not claimed

Documented

Engineering definition

Mission requirements, preliminary architecture, risk boundaries, build sequence, and acceptance criteria.

In progress

Prototype preparation

Component selection, supplier readiness, controlled review packages, and funding qualification.

Evidence required

Physical validation

No performance, safety, clinical, certification, deployment, or customer outcome is claimed without dated test evidence.

Truth rule: AI-generated images show design direction only. Physical prototypes, test data, independent reviews, partner commitments, and awards will be published separately when they exist.

Public path

Four stages

Public projects move through these four stages.

1. Find a documented government problemStart from a government record that describes the need.2. Design or match a solutionMatch a project on this site, or define a bounded design.3. Pitch to governmentSend the pitch to the agency that owns the problem.4. Win government fundingApply for government funding after the pitch. Donations are separate.
